Yes
How do I enter a competition?
Search on our website and/or Instagram for a competition near your location, if you can't find entry details, contact the promoter that is running the competition directly.
How do I get membership?
Click here to get to our membership page, 2026 membership is currently available onsite and is active for the whole of 2026.

How can I break a Natural Strongman record?
Records can only be broken at a Natural Strongman sanctioned event, find rules and records here: https://www.naturalstrongman.org/worlds-records
Can I wear my deadlift suit?
No, deadlift suits are not permitted at any natural strongman competition.
At what age will I stop competing as a junior?
You must be 23 years of age or under for the whole competition year.
What age can I enter masters?
You can compete in masters categories from the day you turn 40 years of age.

If I qualify for an international event after winning a national/regional competition in my weight class (eg U82 females or u90 males), then can I compete in the weight class above for the international event (eg U82 —> opens or U90 —> U105s)?
You can only ever drop down a category ( U82 -> U73KG) in this scenario, you cannot go up! Likewise, if you miss weight for a category you qualified for, you cannot go up on the day because you’ve missed weight.
Can I get a refund for my competition entry fee?
Competition entry fees are non-refundable.
In the event of athlete withdrawal, injury, illness, or failure to meet qualification or weigh-in requirements, no refund will be provided.
