  • Master and Juniors, please take note of the change to schedule and event order, this is due to the massive increase of athletes that have entered Worlds this year, over 250 athletes will be competing and throughout Saturday every single athlete will be on the competition floor at some point!

- Athletes can skip attempts

- Maximum of 5 attempts allowed 

- Jumps - 5kg increments for all women, 10kg increments for all men

- Belts: 1 Leather belt, and 7mm(max thickness) underbelt allowed 

- 1 garment per joint: Wrist, knee, elbow

- No head resting or touch allowed

- You get 2 attempts at each weight while on the platform in your 30s time limit, an attempt meaning you lift the weight off the ground.

- Once you miss a weight you are out and do not get to attempt another weight.

- Using wagon wheels with a 630mm diameter.

Event info - Athletes zercher carries a yoke 10m, runs back to start, picks up sandbag, carries 10m and loads over yoke, then repeat.

Day 2: Natural Strongman T-shirt

- If you come out to lift with the wrong t-shirt or no t-shirt on for an event, you will not be allowed to lift.

- No grip tops

Other

- No coloured chalk allowed

- No talc/baby powder, pool chalk or oil allowed

- Shoes must be worn for all events other than deadlift, however shoes must be worn walking out to the platform for deadlift

- Hard belt(13mm max) and Neoprene Underbelt (7mm max) allowed on all events. This is the only variation of double belt that is allowed.
