Each athlete competes over 2 days.
Competition Schedule
Friday, August 21st
Master and Juniors: 12PM - 5PM (5 Events)
Saturday, August 22nd
Master and Juniors: 9AM - 11AM (2 Events)
U57, U64, U72 & U80: 12PM - 3PM (4 Events)
U73, U82 & U90: 3PM - 6PM (4 Events)
Open Women, U105, Open Men: 6-9PM (4 Events)
Sunday, August 23rd
All athletes excluding Master & Junior: Start at 10AM (3 Events)
Going from lightest to heaviest weight lifted each category will do event 1, followed by event 2 and so on.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change
All athletes must hold a valid Natural Strongman Membership, which places you in the year-round drug testing pool.
Membership must be purchased at least 4 weeks before any competition.
